Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales Teams for the idea generation, planning, forecasting and implementation of all trade activities and promotions
  • Coordinate with visual merchandising team for in-store display development
  • Drive and direct new product launch and trade promotions
  • Conduct Pre & Post campaign evaluation for optimization of trade spending and drive insights for future

Responsibilities:
  • Carry out sampling and inspection on raw materials, packaging materials, intermediate and finished goods in compliance with PIC/s GMP requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot technical issues during formulation process. Keep detailed formulation record and maintain a comprehensive formulation database.
  • Supervise junior Scientists.
  • Handle procurement of equipment and administrative duties related to the project.

  • Support R&D activities in other dosage forms.
Job Requirements:
  • PhD degree in Chemistry, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Chemical Engineering, Food Science, Material Science, Nanotechnology, Pharmacy or a related science and engineering field.
  • At least 5 years R&D experiences in academic or industry settings, in which at least 2 years project management experiences are required.
  • Must possess technical knowledge, preferably hand-on experiences, in micronization and formulation technology.
  • Must have good knowledge on chemical components of food and TCM ingredients.
  • Experiences with LC-MS, dissolution, optical microscopy, SEM and other common analytical method for characterization of micronized particles.
  • Excellent communication skills, open mindset and can-do attitude.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Cantonese is a must.

  • Perform formulation characterization. Perform lab pilot scale-up and technology transfer of developed formulation.
  • Responsible for the operation and maintenance of R&D machinery, equipment and analytical instrument in the laboratory.
  • Supervise junior technical staff.
  • Support development in company’s other R&D activities.
  • Fresh PhD graduates with solid pharmaceutical science/chemistry background are also welcome
Job Requirements:
  • PhD in Chemistry, Material Science, Medical Engineering, Chinese Medicines, Biochemistry, Nanotechnology or related discipline.
  • Postdoctoral experience will be an advantage.
  • Strong interest in developing a career in pharmaceutical development. Knowledge and sense of pharmaceutical formulations is an advantage.
