About the Job:
  • Assist in executing marketing plans to enhance brand presence through offline and online, social media channels

Senior Property Officer
About the Job:
  • Supervise day-to-day maintenance and repair works and to oversee routine maintenance tasks of various contractors.
  • Works management and monitoring, including internal technical staff/contractor to ensure the works are carried out properly and correctly to meet quality standards.
  • Assist in budget preparation, review and control.
  • Exercise service sourcing to ensure works are performed in cost-effective methods.
  • Ensure all relevant equipment and facilities compliance with the safety and statutory requirements.
  • Formulate procedures and maintenance schedules; conduct risk assessment and propose preventive measures.
  • Manage and handle emergency situations, supervise and ensure proper execution of emergency procedures established by the Company.
  • Other ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor(s).
About the talent:
  • Higher Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, BuildingStudies orother related disciplines.

  • Responsible for performing daily and emergency repairs and maintenance works for the Company properties.

  • Provide all-round secretarial and executive support to the Director.
