Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review SOPs or protocols in accordance with PIC/s GMP.
  • Prepare equipment qualification document (IQ/OQ/PQ) and execute
  • Prepare execute process transfer/process validations document and execute
  • Responsible for training of production personnel.
  • Coordinate and control production activities, including control of production process and production facilities.

Pharmaceutical Formulation Scientist/Formulation Specialist
Responsibilities:
  • Opportunities: You will be involved in planning and executing pharmaceutical development programs for innovative products for the company, and working with a team of professionals to develop platform technology for the company. You will also acquire understanding on scientific knowledge and technical know-how on pharmaceutical advance formulation technology. You will build up strength in the competitive environment of local and global pharmaceutical industries.
  • Support the growth of the R&D department and assist in setting up the formulation laboratory, document control and recording system.
  • Develop company's new health products, not limited to TCM and food, in oral and topical dosage forms.
  • Execute company's innovative platform technology in oral tablet formulation according to FDA/ICH guidelines. Maintain detailed record of parameters in the process development and validation studies.
  • Perform lab pilot scale-up and stability tests on the new developed products.
  • Responsible for the operation and maintenance of R&D machinery, equipment and analytical instrument in the laboratory.

Job Requirements:
  • Educational Qualification: Degree in Industrial Pharmacy / Pharmacy / Pharmaceutical Science or related disciplines.
  • Degree or above in, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Material Science, Medical Engineering, Chinese Medicines, Biotechnology or related discipline. Relevant master degree or PhD is an advantage.
